Information we handle
- Account data: Firebase authentication identifies your account through a user ID and may provide an email address or display name.
- Access data: We store access requests, subscription periods, administrator decisions and the payment reference you choose to submit. Do not send payment card numbers or passwords.
- Device enrollment: The current loader uses a Device ID hash for enrollment. That roster is separate from the website subscription record.
- Contact and support data: The public contact form stores your email address, subject and message. Signed-in tickets also store related account information.
- Service data: Hosting and security services may process request metadata such as IP address, browser details and access logs.
How we use it
We use account and access information to authenticate you, review payment claims, grant and display access periods, support enrollment and answer tickets. We use service data to operate and protect the website. Administrator actions are recorded in an audit trail.
Service providers
Firebase provides authentication. Cloudflare hosts the website and database, provides network security, and processes Turnstile verification for the public contact form. PayPal processes payments on its own service; this site does not collect your payment card details. If you join Discord, Discord handles your Discord account under its own terms. Configured staff-channel announcements may be copied to the Release Desk after moderation.
Browser storage and security
Authentication uses browser storage to keep your sign-in session. Hosting and security tools may use cookies or similar storage needed to serve and protect the site. We limit admin access to authorized accounts and use server-side checks for protected actions.
Retention and your choices
Account, subscription, ticket and audit records are kept while needed to operate the service, resolve access or payment issues and meet applicable obligations. You can request access to or deletion of your account information through support. Some records may need to remain for legitimate payment, security or legal reasons.
Contact
For privacy questions or requests, use the public contact form. Signed-in members can also create a support ticket from the member panel.
